INITIAL DREAMS

Special times spent as a family are memories that never leave us.  For many young families this is only a "dream" which will never become a "reality".  Young parents, stricken with a terminal disease, know the frustration of being denied the opportunity to provide this once in a lifetime family memory.

It began in 2001 with one child wanting to help one friend.

Upon hearing of a father diagnosed with a terminal illness, she wanted to create the chance for this family to experience their "dream vacation".  With the help of many caring individuals, this "Dream" turned into a wonderful "Memory" for his wife and children.  

The joy and appreciation of this family led to the vision enabling other parents in this situation to also turn their and since that time Dreams to Memories and their supporters have provided everlasting memories to families throughout Western New York.
